ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Registration form and prospectus is available in the school office on working days (Monday to Friday) from 9:30 am to 4 pm and on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
The Pre school and school admission procedure starts from November onwards of every year.
SENIOR SECONDARY SECTION
The School has the recognition from the AHSEC, Assam for conducting the Humanities and Commerce streams in classes 11 and 12. The Humanities stream has been started in the year 1996 and has shown overall consistent results. The Commerce stream has been started from 2021.
Admission to Class XI
The academic session begins by August/September.
In view of the Covid situation, the AHSEC has facilitated the students an online admission portal in the year 2021 for admission in various Higher/Senior Secondary schools and colleges (Government and Private). YWCA Senior Secondary School is also registered under the portal. Hence, students and guardians can apply to the Senior secondary section through the portal at:
Parents are advised to keep actively in touch with the school for information on release of advertisement and written notifications.
Important Documents to be submitted at the time of Registration:
- Self attested copy of Birth Certificate by Municipal Corporation/Competent Authority
- Self attested copy of Adhaar card of child and parents.
- Address proof of parents
- Two passport sized photographs of parents/guardians and the child respectively
- Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended
Parents of students should be available at the time of admission as per schedule given.
The school reserves the right in admitting or rejecting an applicant’s form. The final decision of admitting solely rests with the school management and no claims will be entertained in this regard.
